What should a quote request include?
The more specific the request, the faster and closer the quote. A useful request states:

How do quotes work?
Quotes are given against specific stones, each identified by its report number, so you know exactly which stone a quote refers to. There are no published per-carat prices: availability and pricing move with the market, and a written quote states its terms.

How do you verify a stone before you buy?
Check the report number on the issuing lab's verification page, and match the stone's girdle inscription, weight and measurements to the report when the stone arrives. The full procedure is in How to read and verify a report.
What about matched pairs, layouts and calibrated sizes?
Matched pairs and layouts are selected so the stones agree in measurements, color and clarity, not only in carat weight. For calibrated sizes, the measurements and the stone count per size are agreed before confirmation. State matching tolerances in your request if you have them.
How does buying from Elmonas work?
Every Elmonas stone ships with an IGI or GIA report, and the report number is shown with the stone so you can verify it with the lab before you buy.

There is no minimum order for stones of 2 ct and above. You can order a single stone. For stones under 2 ct, the minimum is 10 ct in total per order.
Payment terms are agreed in writing with each confirmed order.
