Make-list to price matrix
Submit your week's shape, size, and weight requirements in any format. We return a price and availability matrix with matched parcels against each line: not a quote sheet, a working production input.
FOR MANUFACTURERS · SINGAPORE
Elmonas manufactures lab-grown diamonds at its own benches in Surat and operates a production-programme supply model for Singapore jewellery manufacturers and setting houses. Send a weekly make list; we return a cut, size, and price matrix with matched parcels against each line. Approved specifications are held on file and dispatched on a standing cadence without re-briefing. IGI or GIA certification is included per stone. CAD and letter-of-credit terms are available for first orders.
PRODUCTION PROGRAMME
The production programme is designed for manufacturers who need upstream consistency: the same stone quality, the same size tolerance, the same documentation, delivered reliably on a cadence that matches your bench schedule.
Submit your week's shape, size, and weight requirements in any format. We return a price and availability matrix with matched parcels against each line: not a quote sheet, a working production input.
Each parcel line is built to match colour, clarity, and cut grade within the stated tolerance. You do not need to sort or grade at the bench before setting.
Every stone is laser-inscribed with its IGI or GIA report number. The per-stone invoice reconciles each stone to its certificate. One stone, one report number, one invoice line. Auditable through your production process.
Approved specifications are held on file. Repeat parcels dispatch on your agreed cadence (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) without requiring a fresh brief each time.
REPLENISHMENT WORKFLOW
For manufacturers and setting houses running a regular programme, the practical starting point is a weekly make list. Send us the list and we return a cut, size, and price matrix with matched parcels that fit your week's work. As the relationship develops, the parcel can be built to a standing specification and dispatched on a regular cadence without requiring a fresh brief each time.
Submit your weekly shape, size, and weight requirements. A spreadsheet or plain text list is sufficient.
We return a price and availability matrix with matched parcels against each line.
Confirm the parcel. We verify each stone against its certificate before packing.
Parcel dispatches insured, with report files and a declared invoice per stone, ready for Singapore Customs permit and GST declaration.
Approved specifications are held on file. Repeat orders follow the same cadence without re-briefing.
SUPPLY PROGRAMMES
The calibrated parcel programme is the primary production-input supply. The matched-pair programme handles earring and two-stone ring requirements. The custom specification desk covers non-standard briefs.
Stones cut, polished, and measured to a fixed diameter tolerance, supplied as matched parcels by shape, grade, and cut quality. Suited to manufacturers and setting houses that need upstream consistency to reduce bench time and hand-sorting at the setter.

PAYMENT TERMS
For a first cross-border order with a new supplier, the most straightforward structures are cash against documents (CAD) and letter of credit at sight (LC at sight). Both give the buyer documentary control before funds are released while giving the supplier confirmed payment before the parcel is delivered. After a buyer has verified the company and certificates on a first order, we offer 50% pre-dispatch with the balance due before dispatch of the confirmed parcel. For small trial orders from an established contact, telegraphic transfer in advance removes the documentary overhead and is the simplest route for parcels under a defined value threshold.
Memo and consignment are not offered as a default. The stones are high-value and the dispute risk without a robust inspection protocol on both sides is significant. If a specific arrangement is required for your account structure, raise it in your enquiry and we will advise on what we can support.
SINGAPORE LANDED COST
Singapore levies 9% GST calculated on CIF value plus duties and incidental charges. Loose diamonds are not a dutiable category under Singapore Customs, so the applicable rate is 0% customs duty plus 9% import GST. A GST-registered Singapore buyer can typically claim the import GST as input tax, reducing the effective landed cost to the stone price plus logistics and clearance fees in most circumstances. Confirm your buyer's GST registration status and the applicable HS classification with a Singapore customs broker before the first shipment.
A Free Trade Zone or licensed Zero-GST warehouse can suspend GST while goods remain under the relevant scheme. GST becomes payable when goods are released for local circulation. This makes Singapore a practical logistics point for buyers consolidating stock for onward export, but it does not convert a domestic sale to a Singapore jeweller into a tax-free transaction.
